Important Information about Sessions:
Initial sessions will be limited to 10 minutes. As you move through your detox and subsequent sessions, more time will be added. There will be times when the session will be less time than the one before. This is normal when detoxification happens.
You will need to bring a two (2) towels and a small towel to wipe off sweat.
We do recommend drinking water before your session and after.
Attire should be shorts and a t-shirt or tank top. You can bring a change of clothes as well.
We will need you to sign a waiver before your initial session.
